Harbinger Newsletter =JU Reunion Edition=

The JU Reunion is fast approaching and we need everyone's help. We need every former JU member to contact as many members as soon as possible. Even though this things is in 6 days, the more the merrier. We want this thing to be big and want to see everyone's happy face there. We don't care if they left on bad terms, good terms, or stuck it out til the end.

The event will be hosted on JKA instead of JK2 on March 8th and 9th. Here are the US Timezones for the event.

Eastern Time Zone: 6pm
Central Time Zone: 5pm
Mountain Time Zone: 4pm
Pacific Time Zone: 3pm
Alaska Time Zone: 2pm
Hawaii Time Zone: 1pm

Greenwich Mean Time Zone: 11pm (just for you Alo)


The server name is going under the name "Harbinger" and we will provide an address if needed as soon as we get it. The downloads will be ready by Saturday with all the maps and skins/models needed. If you have a skin you would like to submit if you haven't done so already, please go to the forum and go the JU Reunion Sub-forum and click "Sticky: Custom Skins/Models."

The server rules are the same as the JU rules were. No laming, swearing, harassment, etc. But most of all, have fun. This may not be the last time we see or hear from each other, but it may be the last time that a big thing like this happens. So, lets make it as fun as possible.

Now, on to the maps and events. What are your suggestions on what you would like to see or happen? In order to make this a great experience, we want to make sure we have all the bases covered. We already have some maps in mind of where we are going to go but post some that you have seen and we will see what we can do.




I also wanted to talk about Harbinger. Harbinger is a clan Havok and I are starting up. Same rules mostly apply to this clan like JU did. The only major differences are that the chain of command is smaller, less ranks to keep things simplified, and the fact that Arky and Havok are running the thing together. We both have our hands in different parts of the clan but when it comes to major decisions, we take it up with each other and take care of things.

As far as the chain of command, we will have one "commander" over a certain gaming platform. And when the clan gets big enough, they will have a small group to help recruit and etc.

Ranks have been way simplified. No more Blue Saber Guardian, Jedi/Sith Guardian, etc. In order to keep the clan multi-platform, simplier ranks are needed. We will have a special rank for members who are long-standing in the clan called "Veteran." Any former JU members who join will automatically receive this rank for their duties in JU.

We are still testing out and getting things set in stone, but with your guys' help, we can get this thing going.
